Quotes and scope

Every project starts with a written quote that lists the pages, features and services included. Anything outside the quote is quoted separately before we start it.

Payments

Payment terms, such as the advance and the balance, are set out in your quote. Work starts after the first payment is received.

Your content

You provide your business details, logo, photos and text, or approve the content we prepare for you. You confirm that you have the right to use anything you send us.

Timelines

Timelines in your quote start once we have your content and the first payment. Delays in content or feedback move the launch date.

Third-party costs

Domain names, paid hosting plans, advertising, paid tools and WhatsApp Business API charges are paid to those providers and are not included unless your quote says so.

Changes after approval

Small corrections are included as set out in your quote. New pages, new features or design changes after approval are quoted separately.

Results

We work to improve your rankings, visibility and enquiries. No one can honestly guarantee a specific position on Google, a mention in AI answers or a number of enquiries, and we do not.

Confidentiality

We keep your business information, logins and customer data private and use them only for your project.
